A Vertically
Integrated Strategy

Moda Capital addresses the critical workforce and affordable housing shortage in the U.S. by acquiring underperforming RV parks and developing them into resort-style tiny home communities.

Unlike traditional developers, we control the entire value chain manufacturing our own units to ensure superior cost control, accelerated delivery, and consistent quality.
